1. The Outdoor Classroom
Composed of amphitheater-style log bench seating and two chalkboards, this area has been designed for traditional class instruction in the outdoor setting. Use the sign up to block off time for your class.
2. The Pollinator Gardens & Pond
Composed of pollinator gardens, a milkweed patch, sensory and native plantings, and the pondscape, this section invites exploration, observation, mindfulness, and prayer.
3. The Raised Garden Boxes
Composed of soil-filled cedar boxes, this space houses the growing experiences for grades kindergarten through eighth grade.
4. The Learning Pavilion
Composed of picnic-style tables with benches and a permanent shade structure, this area allows for whole &/or small group collaboration.
5. The Natural Playscape
This fenced area is reserved for our PreK students, promoting exploration, imaginative play, and gross motor development.
6. Compost Barrel
This barrel is used for composting materials to use in the garden beds.
