Dear Parents:

Yes, it's that time of year when Grade 8 Graduation plans are already in the works! 

In order to receive accurate information, we are asking that you submit the form below.  Please make sure you check for any typos before you submit the form by FRIDAY, November 8th.  We are eliminating the step wherein the office transcribes the information to send to the diploma company in an effort to avoid typos that might occur in the transcription.

A spreadsheet of the student names will be uploaded to the secure parent portal once all of the forms have been received. This will give us an opportunity to do a final check on your child's information before we send it to the diploma company.
