This request must be submitted after your event has been approved (Event Approval Form EAF). No EAF is required for typical meetings such as Arts Association, or GRACE. It is important that we know how many people you expect to attend your event, so please have that information available before you fill out this form. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an approval or request for more information. Please do not advertise your event or meeting until you have received confirmation from the school office.
