Once your child’s spot on the team is confirmed, we will send you a link to pay the registration fee and a Google Form to upload the necessary athletic forms for each athlete.

All athletes must have an up-to-date physical and cleared by Nurse Michelle before they can participate. NO EXCEPTIONS! If your child has participated in the Fall or Winter Sports seasons, and documentation is still up to date, there will be no need to resubmit them.
